The room outline, stage, tier edges, stairs, every table and chair, both projectors and all four speakers are traced from the Social-Tables-style plan the hotel drew for TrutherCon (references/plans/diagram/), at that drawing's own scale bar. Vertical is counted from photos, not the plan: the diagram is 2D. Elevations are riser counts x a standard riser: floor 0 → tier 2 18 in (3 risers, photo 18634) → outer tier 3 36 in (3 more) ; stage deck 32 in (4 risers, photos 18639/18653). Every stair set is built at that count with 11 in treads, run set square to the edge it serves. Riser heights (6 in / 8 in) are the standard, not measured — one tape on one step confirms the whole set.
