Who Qualifies

Who We Credential

We welcome traditional press and the independent media that powers this community. We review every application individually — reach matters, but so does relevance to the TrutherCon audience and a genuine plan to cover the event.

Traditional Media

Reporters, journalists, editors, producers, and photographers on assignment for a recognized outlet.

  • A link to your outlet or masthead
  • Freelancers: an assignment letter or recent published work
  • Examples of past coverage

Podcasters & Independent Media

Show hosts and independent broadcasters covering truth, faith, history, and current events.

  • A link to your show / channel
  • An engaged, established audience
  • What you plan to produce from the event

Content Creators

Creators on YouTube, Rumble, X, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook whose audience fits ours.

  • A meaningful, engaged following (guideline: ~10,000+ combined)
  • A media kit or one-sheet
  • Links to recent, relevant content
The Pass

What a Media Pass Includes

Your credential grants

  • Complimentary admission for the credentialed individual (both days)
  • Permission to photograph and record in designated media areas
  • Press support — logos, photos, and help arranging vendor & speaker introductions
  • Advance notice of the schedule and announcements

It does not include

  • Guest, assistant, or crew passes (apply individually)
  • Line-skipping or guaranteed seating in sessions
  • Backstage / green-room access unless arranged in advance
  • Guaranteed one-on-one interviews (we'll do our best to coordinate)

Badges are issued to individuals, are non-transferable, and misuse may affect future access. Approved media will be asked to sign our Media Credential Agreement before a badge is issued. A denied application doesn't prevent you from attending as a paid guest — you're always welcome to reapply with samples of your coverage.

Before You Apply

What to Have Ready

We review applications on a rolling basis and follow up within about two weeks. To guarantee processing, apply by October 24, 2026.
